You'll get to shoot on the move, rapid fire, double tap, and draw from a holster. Rifles, Shotguns, and pistols allowed. No steel casings or steel core bullets.

Dan Escamilla is a licensed fugitive recovery agent who received his law degree from Chapman University where part of his studies took him to Salzburg, Austria to learn under Associate U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. He then pursued international law and criminal justice training through academic programs in Ireland, China, Tibet and Hong Kong. His worldwide experience has taken him to eighty-seven (87) countries over the span of more than a decade. Learn about Dan's incredible, sometimes bizarre fugitive recovery stories and get a glimpse into the world of criminals on the run.

Bullets and Bagels is proud to join with the Alpert JCC and the Long Beach Jewish Film Festival to host a special film documentary of Reuven Shiloah, the first head of Mossad, Israel's world renowned intelligence agency. Much like the secret organization that he headed, despite his major contribution to Israel’s Intelligence and his achievements in the field of clandestine diplomacy from the pre-state years until his early death at the age of 49 in 1959, Reuven Shiloah has, until recently, virtually remained unknown. Learn about how his turbulent life lead him to help found and head the Mossad.

Dov Shiloah, retired member of Israel's Intelligence community and son of Reuven, will give an introduction prior to the film. After the viewing he will take questions and dialogue about Israel's security apparatus and the present Middle East situation.
